General Information

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check in - 3:00pm

What is the hotel’s cancellation policy?

We understand that plans can change. Please review our seasonal cancellation policy below:

Low Season (June 1 – November 30):
Full prepayment due 7 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 7 days of the check-in date will be subject to a 100% charge of the total cost of stay.

High Season (December 1 – May 31):
Full prepayment due 14 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 14 days of the check-in date will be subject to a 100% charge of the total cost of stay.

Festival Season (WCMF & Carnival)
50% refundable deposit due at time of booking. Final 50% due 45 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 45 days of the check-in date will be subject to a 100% charge of the total cost of stay.

No-Shows:
Guests who do not arrive without prior notice will be charged the full cost of the booking, regardless of the season.

Do you offer early check-in or late check-out? Is there a fee?

Complimentary early check in may be available from 1:00pm, based on the hotel’s occupancy and arrivals. Requests to check in between 9:00 am - 1:00pm, if available, will incur a US$100 early check in fee. Requests to check in prior to 9:00am, requires the booking to be made from the previous night. Extension rates will be based on the rates available at the time of the extension.

Complimentary late check out may be available until 1:00pm, based on the hotel’s occupancy and arrivals. Requests to check out between 1:00pm - 6:00pm, if available, will incur a US$100 late check out fee. Requests to check out after 6:00pm, requires the booking to be extended by one night. Extension rates will be based on the rates available at the time of the extension.

Yes there is one accessible room on the property.

What types of rooms do you offer?

The property offers standard rooms with 1 King or 2 Queen beds. Rooms with two twin beds are available on request. Interconnecting rooms are available upon request.
The property also offers one Presidential 2 Bedroom Suite.

Do rooms include a mini fridge/microwave/coffee maker?

All rooms include a mini fridge and coffee maker.

Are the rooms pet-friendly?

The rooms are not pet-friendly.

Do the rooms have air conditioning/heating?

All rooms have air conditioning.

Is there complimentary Wi-Fi in the rooms and public areas?

Yes there is complimentary Wi-Fi propertywide.

Do you offer housekeeping daily?

Yes, there is daily housekeeping.

Are cribs or rollaway beds available?

Rollway beds are not available. Cribs are available upon request.

Yes, Tide & Table is the property’s signature restaurant which also features a bar. The Vista Pool Bar serves all day light fare as well.

Is breakfast included? If not, is it available for purchase?

Breakfast is not included, but there is a Bed & Breakfast package rate available. Breakfast may also

Do you have a pool? Is it heated/indoor/outdoor?

There is an outdoor pool and an outdoor children’s pool.

Do you offer spa services?

Yes there is a mini spa on site.

Is there a fitness center or gym on-site?

Yes there is a 24 hour fitness facility on site.

Are there any family-friendly activities nearby?

Yes, The Botanical Gardens, Roseau Valley featuring waterfalls and hot springs, as well as Soufriere and Scotts Head with snorkelling, are all within 30 minutes of the hotel.

Are there any activities or entertainment options at the hotel?

The property offers a range of watersport activities and tours. Snorkelling tours and whale watching tours are available from the hotel’s pier.

Do you offer meeting or event spaces?

The Hotel has a boardroom for small meetings.
Events may be booked in the main restaurant Tide & Table as well as the Elysian Lounge.

Do you offer free printing or workspace options?

Printing is available for a nominal cost.

Is there a business center available for guest use?

There is currently not a business centre.

How far are you from the airport/downtown/beach/major landmarks?

The hotel is 5 minutes from the heart of downtown Roseau. It is a waterfront property with access to a small beach.

What are the closest attractions or points of interest?

The Botanical Gardens, Roseau Valley featuring waterfalls and hot springs, as well as Soufriere and Scotts Head with snorkelling, are all within 30 minutes of the hotel.

Do you allow pets? What is your pet policy?

Pets are not allowed.
